Vision Savings

 

The EyeMed Vision Plan is contracted with over 40,000 providers nationwide.   Members can receive savings on eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, and surgical procedures such as LASIK and PRK.

   The Network includes providers such as Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, thousands of independent Optical Centers, and national and regional chains such as: 


 

 

  •  Save 20% to 40% off the retail price of eyewear.
  • Members are entitled to 15% off the retail price or 5% off the promotional price of LASIK or PRK procedures, whichever is the greater discount.
  • Absolutely NO limits on amount of times the member can use the program per year!
